Warranty

Product warranty - All products sold by CBath, are covered by a 12 month Full Warranty against Manufacturing Defects and. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. When products are initially received by the customer, they must be inspected for Manufacturing Defects, and any such defects reported within 7 days of receipt - not including any shipping related damages. The vast majority of all manufacturing related defects are clearly visible on receipt of the product. Wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, installation by a non-licenced contractor, incorrect storage awaiting installation, environmental factors at site of installation, accidental damage, consumable parts, and natural/normal characteristics of materials used in product construction are all excluded from the warranty. The warranty is only valid for the original consumer purchaser, and where the product is installed in the original purchaser's owned home, while the original purchaser is the owner, for the duration of the warranty period. Original purchaser must return the faulty product at his/her expense, providing proof of purchase and the installation address. Upon verification of the warranty claim and determination that the fault is a manufacturing related defect, a replacement product, or equivalent product in function will be dispatched, or financial compensation will be provided, at the sole discretion and expense of CBath. Shipping costs for return of defective product and delivery of replacement product are the consumers responsibility.

• Our warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, environmental conditions, outdoor or other improper installation, storage and handling; nor any labor expenses.

• This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose; and excludes any incidental or consequential damages. No representative has the authority to change or enlarge the above warranty.

• This warranty is only valid in the United States of America. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Certificates

UPC/cUPC:
The UPC letters are an acronym for the "Uniform Plumbing Code." This code is a listing of particular specifications and guidelines set forth by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) which is designed to assure that products are safe for the consumer and the environment by meeting all established national and international criteria. The "c" in cUPC means that the product meets the Canadian as well as the American plumbing standards.

Prices on our websites are subject to change, and we reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustment will not be applied to your previous or original order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment, we will fully refund you for the payment received.
